Abstract

In this article, we discuss some ideas about the evolution of these two centuries of our independence and how, since there have been no changes in substance, the insurgent and libertarian figure of Palma grows and becomes bicentennial. We put the weight on some traditions that reflect the incidences of episodes previous to our independence between 1821 and 1824.

Eduardo Arroyo Laguna, Colegio de Sociólogos del Perú Asociación Latinoamericana de Sociología (ALAS)

Licenciado en Sociología por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (1978). Magister en Sociología por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2005). Doctor en Ciencia Política y Relaciones Internacionales por la Universidad Ricardo Palma (2012). Catedrático en la Universidad Ricardo Palma desde hace 47 años. Actual Director de Imagen Institucional de la URP. Actual Decano Nacional del Colegio de Sociólogos del Perú (2021-2023). Miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Sociología (ALAS). Miembro del Tribunal de Honor del Consejo de Decanos de los Colegios Profesionales del Perú. Ha publicado libros sobre ensayos sociológicos, poesía y narrativa.
