Aporte en las metodologías matemáticas para mejorar la comprensión y calidad de video

Esta es una investigación cuasiexperimental aplicada, ya que se manipulan, de forma intencional, variables independientes, como la optimización de la transformada discreta del coseno (DCT) y la implementación de filtros pasa banda superiores. De esta manera, se estudiarán los efectos en otras dependientes, como la calidad de imagen, el retardo, la capacidad de data y la fiabilidad de la información en una imagen o secuencia de video bajo el estándar H.264 sin utilizar un grupo de control predeterminado.
