Abstract

The article aims at proposing teaching material for Spanish as a foreign language classes focussing on the intercultural component and task based approach. The proposal is thought for an adult group of students at B1 learning language level according to the Common European Framework of Reference. As of methodoloy, a communicative and task based approach have been adopted. The material is composed of files which include authentic resources from videos adapted for teaching purposes. When applied, the proposed activities convey a sequencing so that at their completion, a result is obtained rather than a shape. At the same time, they make possible putting into practice communicative skills promoting a collaborative and meaningful learning of the Spanish language within a Peruvian context. The design of the activities is a source to the student not only to the knowledge of the language per se, but also to the Peruvian culture and aims to contribute with either the students or the teachers using these resources in their classes.
