Abstract

Strategies of progressive urban habilitation and co-management to improve the habitat.

The experience refers to the placing of technical assistance within the reach organized

population, which overcomes the political manipulation partisan of popular interests and

demands, for access to basic services and housing, through the exploration of appropriate technologies, within the framework of strategies progressive urban habilitation, comanagement, integral approach, leveraging of resources for habitat improvement, agreed between the population, government locals and government central, to achieve sustainable urban development; as achieved un less than 10 years in North Panamerican Project, which currently driving the northern axis.
