BETWEEN MIXOPHOBIA AND MIXOPHILIA OF THE IMMIGRANT WORLD. AN ANALYSIS OF PERUVIANS IN BERLIN (GERMANY)

Peruvians who work legally or formally have earned the trust and appreciation
of many German people and are well regarded in their workplaces by their coworkers.
Men and women develop under cultural norms and patterns that are
different from their places of origin. Respect and trust are aspects that reveal their
daily lives. However, the sociocultural and even ethnic spaces are so dissimilar in
the city that they often have to cope with the fear and uncertainty of their hosts
because they present themselves as “strangers” to be regarded with suspicion or
fear, which implies seeing in them the foreigner who under his face highlights the distinction that carries within himself, racial discrimination, cultural exclusion
and, whose “otherness” is not only observed from the same hosts but, extends,
to the same Peruvian and Latin American emigrants . Generated by the years
of arrival or arrival that becomes quasi status. However, also understand that it
is the new lifestyles, as well as labor relations and daily life, which generate the
struggle between the same “strangers
