Abstract

This short essay seeks to investigate the discursive and meaning crises - narratives - that give consistency of symbolic meaning to national society. Investigating what is known as the “inner world” of society, he strengthens his observations on the narratives that achieve “hegemony” by forming cycles of sociopolitical stability and the adjacent crises when they lose effectiveness. It also presents several historical cases of bankruptcy of “discursive narratives”, the leading social effects, and how narrative alternations are reconstructed in Peruvian society.
