Abstract

In this article, the pressure to change corporate behavior due to globalization and the new demands of competitiveness, which are causing a crisis of the traditional model of companies. On that basis, it points out bow many leading companies are changing to the new model of thinking, based mainly on the progressive reduction of non-value activities, so-called competitors TBC (Time Based Competitors) or Lean companies.
