Abstract

Oscar Penny Cabrera was a retired Rear Admiral of the Peruvian Navy, a husband and father of two children. He was a doctor in Engineering, a graduate of the University of Pisa, Italy. A great researcher and teacher inside and outside the classroom, he is remembered by all those who were his students and friends as an exceptional human being and professional.
