The United Nations Agenda 2030, with its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), serves as a roadmap toward sustainability, necessitating the involvement of governments, the private sector, civil society, and academia. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) play a critical role in this endeavor, though they face challenges such as unclear policies, limited knowledge, and inadequate monitoring mechanisms. The present research aimed to examine the awareness and opinions regarding the integration of SDGs into the management of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico España. Employing a quantitative approach, 336 members of the educational community, including students, faculty, and administrative staff, were surveyed. The findings indicated that 64% of respondents are familiar with the SDGs, and 80% approves their integration into the institution positively. Additionally, a strong positive correlation (r = 0.869) exists between SDG awareness and the willingness to incorporate them. Regression analysis revealed that knowledge of the SDGs significantly predicts the propensity to adopt them within the institution (Adjusted R2 = 75.4%). The study provides essential information for strategically advancing the integration of SDGs at the Institute, considering its unique context.
