Abstract

The fruitful experience of a recognized legal professional poured into this article significant relevance. It's true, sometimes it is very difficult to reconcile the academic reflection of lawyers with emergencies that demand professional practice. Some understand, but did not confess, that the correspondence between theory and praxis, as conceived by some, is often excessive. The lawyer should his mission as an auxiliary of justice, the law, but if they also are honest, honest and consistent with their principles and delivered the oath to join their respective professional association, must also comply with its duty to highlight defects that have been detected in the justice system. The prestige of the author, his long performance as a trial lawyer, to be enshrined in this article, adds and moves reader's sensitivity to the stormy voyage to the insufferable deparan court records.
