Ethical Principles

Archivo Vallejo is a biannual research journal that publishes original and unpublished articles on the work of César Vallejo, mainly, and on literature, linguistics, philology, philosophy and history. It receives contributions from all the researchers of our university, as well as the works of national and foreign intellectuals.

For the preliminary review of articles, we use the Turnitin anti-plagiarism software and other means of detecting already published texts, which allow us to evaluate, above all, the criterion of originality: 20% of citations are admitted as part of the body of the text, from which it is understood that 80% of the article must be original. Authors must not engage in plagiarism, invented or manipulated information. If this malpractice is detected in the research, the manuscript will be rejected for publication. In case of co-authored manuscripts, in order to guarantee the individual contribution of each co-author, we use CRediT, a classification of authorship roles.

Finally, the journal adheres to the ethical standards prescribed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
